Traditional Mexican Textile Artist Residency

Hello lovely blog readers!

We have some rather exciting news - Teegs has been selected to spend 4 weeks over Oct/Nov *IN MEXICO* studying traditional methods of textile production with local artisans.

Yuh, we know - A.MAZ.ING.

But she needs your help to fund it. If you are able, please pledge some $$ in return for some ace rewards - check out the super cute video over on Pozible.

Video and editing by the uber talented Romesh De Silva.

Music by The Twoks!

You have supported us so much on our journey with I&S and we are so thankful for every lovely comment, shared page, piece of fabric bought, Open Studio visit & kind word. We couldn't have done it without you, and you're the reason we keep doing it. We hope you will continue on the journey with us.

So thank you from the bottom of our hearts. For everything.

Dude - that's totally awesome and you're totally going to Mexico! I remember, ages ago, we were talking about travel and you were longing to go overseas. Now you get to go travelling AND support traditional Mexican artists AND learn some cool crafty skills - that is amazing. I have pledged - please have a cerveza or two for me!
